We love everything about events, but most of all – our goal is to make your event a reflection of YOU. We specialize in weddings, as well as some smaller events such as intimate dinner parties.
Hello! I’m the girl behind Tasteful Tatters. I’ve worked in the event industry professionally for over 6 years doing weddings and special events as well as some work in events for non-profit. But you could say I’ve had a passion for event planning + design almost my whole life. When I was in 6th grade I created a themed annual kids camp in my backyard with games, crafts, and themed snacks! It’s true =) I’ve developed my craft over the years to make event planning for the client as smooth and easy as possible. It’s my goal to lighten the load while at the same time, creating an event that is just “so you!” I believe the best compliment a bride can get after her wedding is that her event was just so much – her and her man – a direct reflection of their love for each other and their personalities!
At the same time, I’ve always had a soft spot in my heart for all things rustic and old. I was the girl in college who insisted on bringing her turntable and vinyl collection to her teeny tiny dorm room. There is just something about vintage pieces that warms my heart and makes me think of all the history & love the pieces has seen. It probably started when I was a little girl and loved watching all the old movies like Anne of Green Gables. I always wanted my own pinafore dress =) So congrats on your upcoming event and I can’t wait to get to know you a little more!
