The type of leader I strive to be is one that values honest and open communication, collaboration, understanding and excellence in all that we accomplish together.
I’ve been part of the Tasteful Tatters team for almost 5 years now as a lead coordinator now director of coordinators, and I truly love getting to bring each couple’s vision to life. One of my favorite things about weddings is that every single one is different. Every couple brings their own personalities, traditions, and meaningful touches into the day.
I love balancing both the emotional and logistical side of weddings, helping couples feel supported while making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Being part of growing this team alongside Emilee has been such a rewarding experience, and I’m so grateful to help create memories that last forever.

Hello! I have been a part of the Tasteful Tatters team for about 1 ½ now! My favorite part about weddings is working together with a group of individuals like the bands, various vendors or catering services and creating an environment that creates everlasting memories. I’ve been part of the Tasteful Tatters team for just over a year as an assistant, and I love playing a part in all of the wedding day magic. One of my favorite things about weddings is helping couples share their unique story through food, decorations, traditions and other details. I love watching a venue transform in a matter of hours from simply a pretty place into the unforgettable backdrop to each couple's love story that will be remembered for years to come. Being part of this women-led and operated team has given me a community that I can lean on and I'm endlessly inspired by Emilee's passion and drive for helping others. These days, life looks a little different than it did when Tasteful Tatters first began.
Much of Emilee's free time is spent exploring the world through the eyes of her daughter Charlie, making memories with family, discovering new places, and finding inspiration in the everyday.
She loves travel, thoughtful design, beautiful meals shared with friends, and the kind of gatherings that leave people feeling seen, cared for, and connected.
At the heart of it all is a simple belief: the best moments in life are the ones we experience together.
