FAQ
We always welcome custom orders! Because we want to make sure everything is up to par and exactly what you want please allow 3-4 weeks for the entire process. We love getting to know you a little and work closely with your ideas to create that perfect pieces that just screams YOU! If you are planning on a custom piece for your wedding - just keep in mind our long it takes so we can get you your accessory in time for your special day!
1. How long will it take to get to get my accessory?
Typically, ready made orders take about a week to deliver (most times shorter!) For a custom piece it will take between 3-4 weeks to make and ship. If you need a rush order just let us know and we'll do what we can do work with you. Shipping price will change for rush orders
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! All of our pieces are set up to only ship domestic - but if you're out of the country just let us know before purchasing and we'll figure out your new shipping total for you
3. Can I order multiples of the same piece? Like for all my bridesmaids?
Yes! We do that all the time actually! If you see something you love already listed in our shoppe that you would like more of, we can do that. Also, we offer a discount for multiple orders! Or we can make multiples of the same custom order - just let us know!
4. Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns for any custom piece since it was made with you in mind. The exception is, if the accessory was damaged or misrepresented to you in some way. For non-custom orders we do offer exchanges if the item was damaged or mis-represented, however, not just simply change of mind.
Tasteful Tatters is expanding! We now offer accessories for your photo shoot or event through Tasteful Treasures. We believe rare vintage finds for props and furniture can create any space into the ambiance your are looking for - just like your personal accessories!
